Due to the nature of perfume products, opened or used items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Products damaged by the customer
  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
